Career Highlights:

● Started playing rugby in Ireland, won 2 All Ireland league medals with my club team Cork Con. I also represent Munster Rugby at under 20 level and Development level. Performances with my club team got me noticed by the Toronto Arrows who I played for in the 2021 MLR season. I played 13 times for the Arrows scoring 4 tries. My performances with the Arrows got me noticed by rugby Canada. I was Selected in Rugby Canada’s squad for the World Cup qualification matches, making my debut against the USA in St. John’s Newfoundland on the 4th of September 2021. I have since added 4 more international caps to my name (5 caps total) with games against America, Chile, Portugal and Belgium.

● Represented Cork Constitution in Munster Senior cup winning campaigns

● 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/17 and 2018/19

● Represented Cork Constitution in All Ireland League winning campaign

2020- Present:

● Represented Toronto Arrows in the 2021 MLR Season (13 appearances)

● Scoring 4 tries.

● Made my first cap for Canada against America in a World Cup Qualification game in September 2021.

● I now have 6 caps in total for Canada (2 caps vs America) (2 caps vs Chile) (1 vs Portugal) (1 vs Belgium)
