Angus MacLellan, a prop for the Utah Warriors, grew up in northern Michigan and began playing rugby in high school with the Traverse City Alliance. In College, Angus attended Davenport University where, as captain, he led the Panthers to back-to-back D1 AA National Championships in 2011 and 2012. He earned All-American honors in college and was also a part of the USA U20’s team that won the World Rugby U20 Trophy in the summer of 2012. In 2014, MacLellan was called up to the USA Selects for the Americas Rugby Championship and made his USA Eagles debut in April 2016 against Italy.
